Pipeline Project Has Plenty of Potential Obstacles in its Path

With major announcements under way on the granddaddy of all construction projects - the Alaskan Gas Pipeline -P&GJ asked an attorney well-schooled in energy issues, particularly in regards to Alaska, to discuss a variety of issues related to the work.  Andy Taylor is an attorney for Bracewell & Giuliani in Houston.
